Geoffrey Baldwin

Geoffrey Baldwin is the Founder and Executive Officer of Vector Line Capital, a $1.3bn investment firm formed to pursue opportunities in the semiconductor and semiconductor supply chain markets. He brings to MemComputing more than 39 years of experience advising, financing, and building relationships across the global technology ecosystem.

As a strategic advisor to MemComputing, Mr. Baldwin works with the company’s leadership and Board on strategic planning, market positioning, corporate development priorities, and relationships with prospective strategic partners. His extensive network across technology, finance, and the AI investment community provides MemComputing with a valuable perspective as the company advances its next-generation computing and AI initiatives.

Prior to Vector Line Capital, Mr. Baldwin was Managing Director and Chairman of Global Technology at Houlihan Lokey. He previously co-founded GCA Advisors, where he served as Co-CEO, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors, prior to GCA’s acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Technology M&A Group in Menlo Park, and he led Morgan Stanley’s European Technology M&A Group.

Mr. Baldwin has also served on the boards of several technology and growth companies. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
